I've spent 20 years in this industry — training clients, building gyms from the ground up, and learning what actually moves the needle over the long term. After owning and operating three facilities, I made a deliberate decision to step back from the business of running gyms and return to the work I've always loved most: actually training people.
My private studio in Edina lets me do this the right way — with a small roster, full attention, and no compromise on quality. If you've worked with trainers before who felt distracted, or programs that felt generic, this is a different experience.
